The hotel's amenities require some attention to upkeep, as there were unkept areas with overgrowth and stained carpets. The overall value for money was not ideal due to issues with cleanliness and maintenance.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with two king beds, providing ample room to move around. However, the courtyard is neglected and hasn't been cleaned for years. Service struggles to keep up with demand but the hardworking staff compensate for the infrastructure deficiencies. The location, slightly off the beaten track south of Gettysburg, provides a quiet retreat but ongoing construction affects parking availability. The dining options are limited, with guests having to wait in line for basic breakfast choices. Overall, a mix of positives and drawbacks make for an average stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms weren't cleaned properly, but the location was super convenient. Although there were some gaming machines that weren't working well, the staff was very friendly. The hotel felt a bit stuffy and could use some airing out, but the laid back atmosphere was enjoyable.
